Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will provide support to our program director and/or team supervisor, while also delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and training to therapists, mental health workers, and peer partners
  • Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions
  • Perform clinical assessments, field-based services, and outreach to clients and their families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including case management and advocacy services
  • Supervise or serve as a preceptor to interns
  • Participate in agency-wide initiative committees and workgroup meetings
  • Conduct presentations and trainings through the Pacific Clinics Training Institute
Requirements
  • Current California licensure as a Psychologist, MFT, LCSW, or LPCC
  • Proven clinical and administrative leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse client populations and staff
  • Bilingual skills in the appropriate language for our clients are highly preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and Windows operating system

Our Children's Intensive Services program provides comprehensive mental health services to children and families, with a focus on culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, use hands to produce records and documentation, and lift up to 25 pounds.
