Job Summary

As a Porter/Custodial at Big Y, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment throughout the store. This includes performing maintenance and janitorial duties, cleaning and sanitizing the meat cutting area, kitchen, and bakery area, and ensuring proper department conditions and supplies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
