Job Summary

Paramount Professional Staffing LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Floor Engineer Technician for a large manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with PLCs and welding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial and packaging machinery, including conveyors, power transmissions, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
  • Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and transformers.
  • Welding and Cutting: Perform welding and cutting tasks, including setup and maintenance of equipment.
  • Computer Operations: Understand and operate PLCs, as well as other computer systems.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and perform quality checks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a 2-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar military environment.
  • Skills: Excellent mechanical aptitude, ability to handle multiple projects at once, and strong problem-solving skills.
