Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our clinic setting. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with providers and community resources to coordinate care and services.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

This full-time position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of providers and Center Manager. You will collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans, utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) to document patient information and communicate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Utilize EMRs to document patient information, track progress, and communicate with healthcare professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed LPN or licensed RN with an active LPN license to practice in the State of Florida.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
