Compensation and Benefits

Our Registered Nurses enjoy a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and up to $20K for student loan payments.

Job Description

As an Emergency Care Specialist at North Okaloosa Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include evaluating assigned patients, planning and implementing nursing care, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, performing patient tests, administering medications, and promoting patients' independence by teaching them about their conditions and self-care skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a current/active RN license, an Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred), BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through ARC or AHA, and six months of nursing experience or two years of other Emergency Services Healthcare experience.
