Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.

- Contribute to the overall success of our organization by participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (required)
- Basic Life Support (required)
- State IV Certification upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer (required)
