Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN II to join our team in a PRN capacity. As an LPN II, you will work closely with our RNs to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of our patients. You will assist with the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with RNs to identify and meet patient needs
  • Assist with the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients
  • Perform a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
  • Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (required)
  • Basic Life Support (required)
  • State IV Certification upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer (required)

Work Schedule:

PRN (nights)

Physical Requirements:

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
