We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Myrtle Beach Manor.
About the Role:
The Caregiver Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Personalized Service Plans to meet individual resident needs
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, including hydration schedules and meal attendance
- Ensure all residents receive proper care, including ADLs and medication management
- Provide emotional support and engage residents in activities to promote their well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience working with elderly or disabled individuals an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Estimated Salary:$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
