At Prevea Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our urology team. As a Registered Nurse in Urology, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care and working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for triaging incoming calls from patients and families, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate advice and referrals as needed.
- As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- You will also provide direct patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining medical information, performing comprehensive initial patient assessments, and maintaining accurate records.
- In addition, you may assist with procedures, administer medications, and communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- A current and valid Registered Nurse license with the state of WI is required.
- CPR/BLS Certification-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program is also required.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
- Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
