Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Lawrence Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

About the Role:

This is a PRN position that offers flexible scheduling opportunities. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents under the supervision of our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met.
Requirements:
  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of New Jersey.
  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once.

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $18-$22 per hour based on experience.
