Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the counseling staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality treatment and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of counselors to ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance the quality of care provided by the counseling staff.
  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine patient eligibility for services.
  • Review intake assessments to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews, and counseling meetings to ensure that services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other related duties as determined by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in the human service field and 2 years of clinical experience, with 1 year of experience working directly with chemically dependent individuals.
  • Certification and/or licensure by the appropriate state body and 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year of experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
  • LCSW preferred, but CMHC will be considered.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Prior supervisory experience, self-motivation, and direction.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
