Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed project estimates and bids.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and management to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Interpret blueprints and project documentation to generate precise estimates.
  • Perform material take-offs and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Engage in project bidding, presenting comprehensive and accurate estimates to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project estimation, cost management, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes, material take-offs, subcontracting, and bidding.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with robust organizational and planning capabilities.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
