Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage production operations within our facility. The Plant Production Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless production processes while collaborating with various departments such as Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This position will report directly to the Plant Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive leadership and training across the site
  • Manage site safety protocols and initiatives
  • Monitor and enhance site-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee departmental budget and cost management
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the facility
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations across the site

Compensation Package

CDP Solutions offers a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes 401(k) plans, profit-sharing options, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and ongoing training programs.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Bonus Potential: $20,000 - $30,000

Total Compensation: $135,000 - $160,000

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
