We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Lead to join our team at LTIMindtree. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance applications.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion applications, with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud functional and technical data flows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand business HR concepts and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow and notifications, as well as reporting capabilities, BI, and OTBI.
  • Thorough understanding of job function data securities and areas of responsibility.
  • Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget.
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and administration.
