Application Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Application Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for connecting with customers to collect data, verify documents, and ensure the completion of applications.

• Contact customers directly from warm sales leads generated from business partner websites and phone lines.
• Assist customers with completing credit applications.
• Provide excellent customer service by providing prompt, informed, professional, and accurate service and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
• Ensure appropriate records are maintained.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system.
• Successfully complete a comprehensive training program and maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and lender partner offerings.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 2+ years previous customer service, credit/loan processing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to effectively communicate via the phone and email.
• Multilingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.
• Understanding of customer sensitive information protection protocols.
• Excellent customer service, case management, and follow-up skills.
• Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of credit and lending.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Type a minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
