 *We are currently hiring for Application Advisor located in all States EXCEPT we are not able to move forward with candidates that live in: CA, NY, NJ, WA, DC, IL, OR and MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. 

This position is 100% remote. The hours range with multiple shifts from 8am-7pm Central and includes every Saturday 8am-7pm Central (one day off M-F for a total 5-day work week).

Application Advisors are responsible for connecting with customers to collect data, verify documents and ensure the completion of applications. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include achieving positive results in the following key areas: 

  • Contact customers directly from warm sales leads generated from business partner websites and phone lines. 

  • Assist customers with completing credit applications. 

  • Provide excellent customer service by providing prompt, informed, professional and accurate service and support. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely, friendly and accurate manner. 

  • Ensure appropriate records are maintained. 

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system. 

  • Successfully complete a comprehensive training program and maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and lender partner offerings.  

  • Perform other job duties as assigned. 

 
QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience.

  • Experience: 2+ years previous customer service, credit/loan processing experience.  

  • Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to effectively communicate via the phone and email. Multilingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus. 

  • Customer Service: understanding of customer sensitive information protection protocols. Excellent customer service, case management and follow-up skills. 

  • Analytical: Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter. Solid knowledge and understanding of credit and lending. 

  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Type a minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.

COMPENSATION

 $17.00 per hour plus commissions
