Busser/Food Runner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/Food Runner to join our team at Margaritaville Restaurants. As a key member of our dining room team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and surrounding workspaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and making recommendations to guests.
• Clear and set tables according to established procedures and standards.
• Stock and maintain adequate supplies of glassware, silverware, and paper products.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

• Previous experience as a bus person or in a related role in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be exposed to moderate to high ambient noise levels and be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
