About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Privacy Counsel to support our Global Privacy Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Americas region, working closely with our global team to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for all privacy queries in the Americas region.
  • Support the development and implementation of our global privacy program.
  • Advise on day-to-day business queries, such as data disclosure, direct marketing campaigns, and contract amendments.
  • Review and advise on emerging data privacy laws in the Americas region.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar association.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in a leading law firm or in-house at a financial services or technology company.
  • Expert knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws.
