  • Utilize proficiency in order entry, record keeping, scheduling, and office policy and procedure to provide efficient support.
  • Verify patient demographics, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare patients for exams, manage patient billing and payments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in direct patient care.
  • Preferred experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation.
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in office software.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
