- Deliver high-quality care by offering outstanding customer service and participating in a collaborative team approach.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care, including holistic care and patient family involvement.
- Utilize proficiency in order entry, record keeping, scheduling, and office policy and procedure to provide efficient support.
- Verify patient demographics, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare patients for exams, manage patient billing and payments, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in direct patient care.
- Preferred experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation.
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency in office software.
- BLS/CPR certification.
