Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the maintenance team to achieve excellent results and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating and executing maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on maintenance activities
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field
  • General maintenance and carpentry skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Benefits and Compensation
