  2. Carefully dust all furnishings, artwork, and shelves, utilizing proper techniques while bending and reaching as necessary.
  3. Thoroughly clean and shine all metallic surfaces, applying consistent pressure in a repetitive manner.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of ashtrays and ensure timely disposal of waste materials.
  5. Adhere to attendance policies and be consistently available for scheduled shifts.
  6. Execute any additional job-related tasks as directed by management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient communication skills in English. A self-motivated individual with a balanced temperament. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to engage positively with guests. Willingness to assist colleagues and foster a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and operation of various cleaning equipment. Capability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and walk through public areas for extended durations. Competence in following instructions and performing tasks with minimal supervision.

To ensure a positive experience for both guests and associates, your work habits should consistently meet and strive to exceed hotel standards regarding procedures, appearance, punctuality, and attendance. Adaptability to changes in work environments and hotel protocols is essential, along with a willingness to learn new skills and enhance existing ones. Ability to address routine challenges that arise on the job and seek assistance when needed is crucial.

Safety and Security:
The safety and security of our guests and staff are paramount at Crescent. All associates must adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly concerning key management, handling heavy items, utilizing cleaning agents, and effectively reporting safety hazards and concerns.
