Position Overview

Support the daily operations of the Business Center within a hospitality setting by delivering office assistance to guests while ensuring a high standard of service.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Engage with hotel staff and guests in a professional manner. Maintain a polished appearance and respond promptly to inquiries and requests, addressing service issues with courtesy and efficiency. Exhibit familiarity with hotel services and amenities.

Billing and Invoicing
Process invoicing for clients. Accurately enter and reconcile charges in the billing system. Download and manage customer records. Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with company policies.

Equipment and Supply Management
Provide estimates for equipment rentals within the Business Center. Assist with the setup and technical support of equipment. Monitor and manage office supplies, including vendor pricing information.

Administrative Support
Assist the Director of Event Technology with various administrative tasks. Ensure the Business Center is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage shipping and packaging tasks with designated carriers for both domestic and international deliveries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including copiers and fax machines

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is conducted in a hotel environment that may vary from moderately quiet to noisy. Team members may be required to work across multiple hotel locations. Work hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Team members are expected to adhere to appearance standards as defined by the company based on individual hotel guidelines.
