This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies in the Naval Air Systems Command. To be considered, applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Key Responsibilities- Define and prioritize NAVAIR's long-range operational requirements for IT/IM support.
- Represent NAVAIR to provide official inputs for and comments on Navy and DoD policy pertaining to IT/IM customer support and operations functions.
- Lead efforts required to project and determine requirements and associated funding and other resources necessary to fulfill IT/IM customer support and operations requirements.
- Provide technical and management oversight for the implementation of major Enterprise-wide customer service and operations program initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of new policy and process guidelines, provide briefings and interpretations of new policies and guidelines.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or NH-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Leading the selection and application of analytical techniques to perform the capability baseline analyses and infrastructure/Cloud planning analyses.
- Lead the implementation of new policy and process guidelines, provide briefings and interpretations of new policies and guidelines.
- Providing technical and management oversight for the implementation of major Enterprise-wide customer service and operations program initiatives.
