We are seeking an experienced Electrical Training Professional to join our team at MMR Group, Inc.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled electrical professional to leverage their expertise in training and development to drive success within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operation and division managers to develop comprehensive training curriculum for electrical craft trainers.
  • Assist in forecasting employee training needs and provide support in creating effective training programs.
  • Review and refine training videos to ensure accurate transfer of knowledge and minimize errors.
  • Conduct research on various topics to enhance training content and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Develop quizzes and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Measure the impact of training efforts and implement improvements as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning among employees by developing and applying various learning tools.
  • Perform job site evaluations to assess employees' skill sets and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the creation of Spanish-language training materials, as required.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial and electrical construction, with a strong understanding of industry safety procedures.
  • NCCER Electrical Certification(s) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups and one-on-one with individuals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to job sites as needed.
  • High School diploma or GED required; relevant education or certifications preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
