MARTIN Technologies is a pioneering company in the mobility sector, dedicated to driving innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Diagnostics Calibration Specialist to join our team, specializing in Diagnostics-Calibration ICE, Hybrid, and Fuel Cell Powertrains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive emissions support for multiple ongoing programs under compliance investigation.
  • Execute corrective actions to ensure compliance with emissions standards across diverse programs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to fulfill emissions and OBD requirements for certification reviews.
  • Conduct emissions transparency testing for FTP's and perform FTP emissions testing with prototypes.
  • Undertake OBDII self-cert transparency testing and offer essential OBD calibration tuning for self-cert tests.
  • Assist in data logging, collection, and summarization for tailpipe emissions and OBD targets.
  • Analyze test data, conduct statistical analysis, and optimize calibration parameters to enhance emissions performance.
  • Offer calibration insights to the Lead Calibration Engineer to facilitate all releases and DVR completion.
  • Deliver tailpipe emissions and OBD for all in-use programs.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and advancements in emissions control technology to inform calibration strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields (Master's degree is advantageous).
  • Sound understanding of emissions regulations, including EPA, CARB, Euro, and other global standards.
  • Proficiency in emissions testing procedures, instrumentation, and data collection systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly across teams and engage with external stakeholders.
