- Provide real-time feedback to the team based on experiences with other software delivery teams.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
- Analyze team metrics to identify trends, forecast challenges, and optimize performance.
- 5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, or Agile Coach for SW development Teams.
- Strong experience in cloud implementation and management, and software development.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding and applied experience with Scrum development principles.
- Ability to coach teams in the Scrum Master capacity.
- Strong facilitator skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Scrum Master certification is required.
