**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Direct Support Professional to join our team at Minnesota Careers. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and other emotional, behavioral, medical complexities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support individuals in achieving their highest quality of life and personal growth
  • Develop and implement residential and habilitation support plans with goals and methods
  • Evaluate and document outcomes, maintaining or modifying the plans and performing related work as required

**What You'll Need:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or co-occurring diagnosis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
