Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of heating and cooling systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work in extreme heat and cold, and to lift heavy objects up to 70 lbs.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be physically able to be on feet for 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
