About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team at Biddeford Primary School.
This full-time position involves providing individual and family therapy in a school setting.
The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and Maine Licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
- Providing updates on treatment progress for managed care entries.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
