Job Description

The Psychiatric Clinical Resource RN will provide clinical and educational support to frontline staff in managing patients with behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical education programs for frontline staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide expert consultation on psychiatric nursing practices and procedures

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Nursing with Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
  • Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing practice
  • Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric setting

Salary and Benefits

$95,000 - $115,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package including paid parental leave, flexible work policy, student loan assistance, training and education, and well-being resources for you and your family.
