We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Clinical Care Lead to join our team at Self Regional Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, and established policies and procedures.
- Assist the Director with charge nurse duties and work collaboratively with other professionals and ancillary personnel to coordinate and delegate care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Serve as a resource person for nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues and provide guidance on clinical practices.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by the Supervisor or Department Director.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- Recent clinical experience required.
- Experience as a charge nurse required.
- Leadership, communication, organizational, planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Clinical competency in specialty.
- BSN required or must obtain within two years of hire.
7:00AM-7:30PM, including every other weekend.
