Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at CareerNation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our registration and scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to patients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify and update patient account information according to our front desk policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our Insurance Verification team to maintain accurate knowledge of insurance information and ensure seamless processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of individual physician scheduling requirements and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • High school graduate with a minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a medical practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
