Job Title: Direct Support Professional 2nd Shift

At Your Every Need Residential, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Direct Support Professional to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
  • No previous criminal record.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (will train if needed).
  • State of Ohio Med Pass Certification.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and patient individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
