We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team at Border States Paving, Inc. This is a seasonal position that requires the ability to work 60-70 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, from May to November.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain asphalt paver equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform minor servicing tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to control asphalt delivery and placement, ensuring high-quality results.
- Adhere to safety protocols, compliance regulations, environmental standards, and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
**Requirements:**
- Pass a drug test prior to employment.
