We are seeking a skilled Neurodiagnostic Technician B-PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our neurodiagnostics department, you will be responsible for preparing patients for and conducting various neurodiagnostic procedures, including Electroencephalograms, Evoked Potentials, and Transcranial Doppler exams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for and conduct neurodiagnostic procedures, including standard EEGs, neurovascular studies, and evoked potentials.
- Collect and compile patient data, including neurologic status and clinical history, to inform interpretation of neurodiagnostic procedures.
- Provide supportive patient care and make detailed observations of clinical manifestations during seizures and other patient emergency situations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of neurodiagnostic procedures.
- Associate's degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology or equivalent.
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) in a specialized field.
- American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification.
- Eligibility for certification by ABRET.
