Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services

At ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of these departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement programs to promote patient well-being and rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical decision-making and program development
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of departmental funds
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience
  • Minimum of one year's management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
