SUMMARY
The Estate Paralegal will collaborate closely with clients and attorneys within the Estate Planning and Administration Practice Group to manage Pennsylvania Estates from inception to conclusion.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft documents for probate and facilitate initial client consultations.
- Assist personal representatives in valuing, collecting, and safeguarding estate assets, including transferring titles and managing financial accounts.
- Prepare inheritance, estate, and income tax returns.
- Compile account statements upon asset distribution, detailing receipts and disbursements during estate administration.
- Generate necessary documents for beneficiary distributions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via mail, email, and phone.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in estate administration, particularly with Pennsylvania Estates.
- Familiarity with ONESOURCE Trust and Estate Administration software or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in preparing probate documents, tax filings, and financial accounts.
- Ability to manage financial records and interpret statements from banks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced skills in software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, NetDocs, and other relevant web-based tools.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with legal terminology relevant to estate administration.
- Notary Public commission preferred or willingness to obtain.
