Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests.
  • Efficiently serve beverages and food to patrons.
  • Adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Promote and suggest menu items to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of drink recipes, glassware, and garnishes.
  • Ensure compliance with age verification laws and manage service to intoxicated guests.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Exhibit courtesy and professionalism towards customers and colleagues.
  • Report any safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Physical Requirements:
  • Constant standing and walking on various surfaces.
  • Occasional bending and stooping for cleaning and stocking.
  • Frequent twisting and reaching to serve guests.
  • Constant balancing while carrying trays and beverages.
  • Regular lifting of trays and supplies, with weights up to 40 lbs.

Work Environment:
  • Indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Interaction with food and beverage items.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and other hazards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective multitasking abilities.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with various computer applications.
  • Must possess TABC and Food Handler certifications.
