Key Responsibilities- Provide medical, mental health, and dental services to students, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws.
- Assist the Wellness Director in coordinating and providing medical, mental, and dental services for students.
- Comply with local and federal guidelines for medication administration and medical record maintenance.
- Ensure patient privacy and maintain accurate medical records.
- Perform first aid treatment, bedside patient care, and other wellness services as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment within Wellness Services.
- Produce high-quality work and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet established goals and deadlines, prioritizing and organizing assignments effectively.
- Mentor and model the Career Success Standards, demonstrating respect and courtesy to students.
- Provide quality programs and services, ensuring student needs are met and quality is maintained.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- LPN Certification from an accredited program and a valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN required.
- A minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred.
