Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at DTLR, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Drive sales by maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, identifying customer needs, and making sales pitches.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operating a cash register.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
