- Expert in coffee preparation, particularly espresso-based beverages.

- Highly organized, maintaining cleanliness and punctuality.
- Positive demeanor with a knack for engaging with customers.
- Appreciates music in the café environment.
- Demonstrates patience and eagerness to learn collaboratively.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of barista experience in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in creating latte art and knowledgeable about a variety of espresso drinks.
- Willingness to learn our point-of-sale system.
- Exhibits a friendly and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to perform both barista duties and counter responsibilities, including answering calls and taking orders.
- Food handler certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
At The Commons Chelsea, we pride ourselves on crafting outstanding coffee and serving delightful food. Our tips are shared among team members based on hours worked, with an hourly compensation, including tips, ranging from $26 to $30 depending on the day.
