  • Facilitating clients in addressing outstanding account balances through direct interaction or via telephone
  • Collaborating with insurance providers and various external entities
  • Overseeing multiple work queues and generating reports

Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET
  • Availability from Monday to Friday
  • Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent typing skills
  • Previous experience in customer service roles
