Job Title: Tax Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Partner to join our tax practice. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing guidance and leadership to our tax department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the review of tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to a diverse client base, including corporations, partnerships, and high net worth individuals.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver excellent client service.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and conduct tax research to provide insightful tax advice to clients.
  • Lead and manage the tax team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with other partners to identify opportunities for new business and growth.
  • Ensure the firm's tax accounting practices are in line with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior tax role, preferably in a public accounting or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record in business development and client management.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation and review of tax returns.
  • Strong experience in tax advisory, business tax planning, and tax consulting.
  • Excellent tax research skills and ability to stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional tax certification is required.
