AriBio is a rapidly growing clinical stage biotech firm dedicated to developing innovative treatments for neurodegenerative diseases. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Manager who shares our passion for making a meaningful impact on patient lives in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic leader to support our strategic initiatives in the neurodegenerative disease space. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive our programs forward and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects across corporate strategy, business development, medical affairs, KOL management, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (including KOLs, partners, and investors) to ensure project alignment and timely progress.
  • Monitor project performance, budget, and resource allocation, providing updates to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of asset development strategy and assist in grant application efforts.
  • Lead conference participation, coordinate publications, networking, and event planning to enhance the company's presence and collaboration within the industry.
  • Assist in corporate presentations, reporting, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide support for global clinical trials, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and adherence to timelines.
  • Work collaboratively to support both scientific and business development goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in related subjects required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or in related role focused on managing and organizing projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in project management within a clinical or corporate development setting is highly preferred.
