Job SummaryWe are looking for a registered nurse with at least three years of experience to lead our home health care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the planning, coordination, and evaluation of home health services
- Provide training and supervision to nurses and home health aides
- Act as a liaison with the medical community, clients, and branch personnel
- Initiate and review client records, and appraise staff performance
- Identify and evaluate client needs, and maintain confidentiality of medical records
- Participate in problem-solving processes and provide trainer sessions for peers and field staff
- Registered nurse (RN) licensed in the state
- At least three years of experience as an RN
- Minimum of one year of home health care or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Competitive salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
