Job Overview:
P-Neo Personal GmbH is seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians specializing in AOG services.

Key Responsibilities:


The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will oversee all facets of aircraft upkeep in alignment with the relevant Maintenance Manuals and applicable regulations.

This role encompasses maintenance, inspection, and repair of the company's fleet, as well as managing special tools and ground support equipment; preparing, reviewing, and completing work orders.

Safety is paramount, and adherence to all State and Federal regulations, company policies, and the requirements of applicable aviation regulations is essential.

The AOG role demands flexibility, quick response capabilities, and a positive mindset. Occasionally, this position may necessitate last-minute travel and performing maintenance tasks away from the primary facility.

Qualifications and Experience:
Current Aircraft Maintenance License is mandatory.

5-10 years of experience in corporate aviation, specifically with aircraft types such as Bombardier Challenger series, Bombardier Global series, Citation models, Phenom series, King Air series, and Legacy models.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment is crucial.
Self-motivated individuals who can operate with minimal supervision are preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, including proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
A standard aviation tool kit is required.
Must be able to pass a DOT background check.
Compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks is mandatory.

Job Type:
Willingness to work various shifts is essential.
Availability for travel and work during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
7 days on, 7 days off schedule.
Essential Duties:
Respond to incoming maintenance inquiries during duty or on-call hours.
Assist flight crews with troubleshooting, write-ups, and MEL procedures.
Collaborate with base technicians and external vendors to ensure safe action plans are implemented.

Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft in accordance with manufacturer manuals and applicable regulations; document all actions and communications with management.

Complete work orders and track parts and billable time.
Participate in required training on airframe, engines, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
Ensure that hangars, workshops, and other areas are organized and safe.
Support Line Department personnel with ground handling and servicing of aircraft as necessary.
Foster a cooperative team environment with flight crews, department managers, technicians, and other staff.
Stay informed about daily flight schedules and ensure production timelines are met.
Maintain security of hangar, ramp, aircraft, and vehicles at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, possess good vision and depth perception. The role involves frequent walking, standing, and climbing.

Candidates should have experience working through specially designed openings in airframes, engines, and undercarriages while using ladders or scaffolds, as well as utilizing hoists and precision instruments.


Work Environment:
Maintenance operations for FAR Part 135 aircraft in both hangar and ramp settings.
