Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Charles Tini Associates Inc. in the Baltimore area. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning the exterior of buildings, including sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning laundry rooms, offices, and other areas as needed
  • Removing bulk trash and recyclables from properties
  • Assisting with snow removal for sidewalks and other areas as needed
  • Cleaning units before move-in and ensuring they are ready for occupancy
