Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at Charles Tini Associates Inc. in the Baltimore Area. As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning the exterior of buildings, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning laundry rooms
  • Cleaning offices and common areas
  • Removing bulk trash and recyclables
  • Assisting with snow removal for sidewalks
  • Cleaning units before move-in

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
