Paramedic

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team. As a Paramedic, you will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing direct patient care and transportation services. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing direct patient care and transportation services
• Drive emergency vehicles in various road conditions, including inclement weather and rural off-road settings
• Provide patient care according to competencies and medical director's authorization and protocols
• Interact respectfully with multiple outside agencies, including police departments, fire departments, and first responder organizations
• Complete accurate and detailed patient care reports, billing information, and documentation in a timely manner

• High school diploma
• Certified as a Paramedic in the State of Texas
• CPR certification
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training
• Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 125 lbs. independently
• Customer service skills

This ambulance position can work a variety of schedules, including 8-hour shifts, 12-hours shifts, 24-hour shifts, and 48-hour shifts. We can accommodate a set school schedule, allowing you to balance work and education.
