Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Audit Reviewer/Test Audit Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing insurance premium audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the test audit manager in analyzing audits for incoming test audit pulls and provide feedback on potential issues and word/text enhancements or clarifications.
  • Analyze incoming test audit differences and provide rebuttal responses that the carrier can use in response to the bureau.
  • Examine completed audits for accuracy and correct any errors based on rules and regulations.
  • Correspond with auditors to gather additional information as needed.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly billing goals.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules.
  • 10 years combined premium audit reviewer and field experience with extensive technical background.
  • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions to achieve company goals.
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
  • Internet access.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and tax documents.
  • Excellent communication skills.
